I'm trying to figure out when I play multiplayer on black ops 2 Why does it at times play flawlessly then other times the server is lagging and glitching...

Is another player's internet connection chosen at random to be the host of the game? or do the black op devs or whoever host the games?

Is it possible to hack the black op 2 server through a modded ps3? if so then could this cause glitches when playing a game? How long does it take for ps3 to catch & ban hackers from the ps3 network?

Why have i lost my prestige and have been made to start again from scratch but what is confusing me that all my stats from when i played previous are all still there and my calling cards i have the prestige 2, Expert and Mastery for the SMAW but when i go to see the others that i have unlocked they have been locked again so i have to redo it all over but this is just confusing and i want to know what is going on.

I finished the campaing, can i redo my choices and get a different ending without overwriting my present game?

I preordered black ops 2 today online from GameStop and having it shipped to me and it was still only the second wave. I went back to the black ops 2 website to put my name in for the drawing in the third wave and it asked for my preorder code. I didn't get a receipt because I ordered online but it says I'll get an emai with my code in it but I still haven't gotten it. Does it take a day or two? I don't want to miss the third wave and then not get into the drawing at all.
