how to fly on black ops

I found a couple youtube videos that explain how you can use a glitch in Black Ops to fly. I tried the summit one where you dolphin dives ontop of another play in combat training but I had no success. The one on launch where you dolphin dive off a ledge, hit start then triangle seems like it might work. I've definitely seen players flying on Launch before but I didn't realize this is how they were doing it, and there are comments on that video that indicate that the glitch hasn't been patched yet.

u need 2 people then go on a thing just higher then ur partner the dophin dive then tell him to move a then u will be flying
