i put my promo code and signed up on gamestopblackops2 for all the preorder prizes but i did not recieve the prestige to

Once you sign up at gamestopblackops2 and enter your promo code, you're taken to another screen where you're suppose to log into your Call of Duty account from Activision, and then enter the Prestige Token code. Did you enter the Prestige Token code?

Also there's an expiration date for the prestige token code, and it comes up pretty quickly from the day you pre-order the game.

Lastly, it can take up to 24 hours for you to see the Prestige Token.

If it's been past 24 hours and you're still not seeing the Prestige Token, check out the following support page from Activison:

If you look at the first wave you'll see that it has a box titled "Exclusive", The token is for Power Up Rewards members only.
