Earlier I answered a similar question to this one and I did some research into it and the only two things I was able to find is that the letter O and the number 0 are identical on the GameStop receipt so if you swap them, you may be able to get it to work. Although keep in mind this is a solution that worked for someone else and I haven't experienced personally. There have also been reports of people getting the code to work after a couple days. If this continues to be a problem for you, or you get it to work, please let me know. I understand that a lot of people are having a problem getting their prestige token and would really like to help. If we can find so,unions to it, it'll help everyone.
