Not really sure what's going on. According to some posters on this site

http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/29153558/black-ops-2-promo-code-invalid

They are saying you may want to swith the letter O with the number 0 or vice versa because on GameStop's receipts it doesn't make that distinguishment. Others have said it worked after waiting a couple days.
