it keeps telling me that my email is invalid on gamestopblackops2 login

I reserved a copy of black Ops 2 today and got everything I needed to her my free prestige token but it keeps telling me that my email is invalid. Any help or suggestions?

Have you registered with Gamestop's PowerUp Rewards program? I believe you have to use the same email address as the one registered with their rewards program.

If you have registered with PowerUp Rewards, try logging into it with your email address. When I signed up for PowerUp Rewards, I told the employee at the desk my e-mail address. Perhaps yours was entered incorrectly?

Let me know if the solutions above help, if not we can look deeper into this problem.

So i reserved a copy of Black Ops 2 today and when i got home to enter the promo code it didnt do anything. I filled out all required fields and when i click submit it did nothing. now when i try to enter everything over it either says email has already been used or promo code has already been used. What can i do? I really need help within the next day  before nuketown 2025 is released for the people who reserved! Thank you!

I can definitely understand you wanting it to work before the next wave of pre-order bonuses comes out. First, I screen captured the image of the confirmation email I received when I entered the promo code so you can know what to expect if everything works in the end:

If I were in your position, I would cancel the pre-order of Black Ops 2 and then head on over to another Gamestop and pre-order the game again. Make sure you create a second powerup rewards account online before heading to the Gamestop so that they don't notice that you're doing it a second time. As long as you paid by cash, you should get a full refund on your pre-order. If it was by a credit card, you should receive a store credit.

If my recommendations above sound too drastic, you should just contact Gamestop and let them know of your difficulty. Really in the end, I don't think you'll miss out on anything because you should already have your poster which is part of the first wave. As long as you pre-order the game before the third wave, you'll get the second wave which is (probably) the Nuketown 2025 Map bonus.
